"Career of Freddie Highmore"

         Highmore began with small parts on TV at the age of 7. His brother Bertie played as his brother in Woman Talking Dirty. Also his father in real life, Edward Highmore played as his father in the movie "Jack in the Beanstalk.


"Finding NeverLand"




         In 2004, Freddie Highmore act as Peter Llewelyn Davies in the movie "Finding Neverland". The movie details the experiences of "Peter Pan" author J.M Barrie, which lead him to write the children's classic. He got to know four children who have no father. Drawing from his time with the kids, he writes a story about children who don't want to grow up.
















"Charlie and the Chocolate Factory"






      


 In 2005, He played the part of the hard-working Charlie Bucket in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.....He reportedly recommended for the role by the film's star Johnny Depp, who starred in Finding Neverland and was impressed by the young actor's performance....

In 2007, Highmore next appeared as the title character in August Rush with Keri Russel, Jonathan Rhys Meyers and Robin Williams. The story is about a musical prodigy and his journey to find his parents after they are separated at his birth. This movie received a wide release.


"Spiderwick Chronicle"


        
       








In 2008, The Spiderwick Chronicles, based on the popular children's stories,released in United States. He played as the American twins Simon and Jared Grace, alongside Sarah Bolgeras their sister Mallory Grace...


        











In 2010, He took the main role in Toast, a BBC autobiographical film about Nigel Slater, the chef, which was shown on Thursday,30 December.




In 2011, "The Art Of Getting By"












         In 2011, "The Art of Getting By" and he starred alongside with Emma Roberts in a romantic comedy.
Freddie act as "George", a lonely and fatalistic teen who's made it all the way to his senior year without ever having done a real work, is befriended by "sally" (Emma Roberts), a popular but complicated girl who recognizes in him a kindred spirit..
